COOKING CLASS IN TUSCANY
A day in the countryside not just by looking around but
experiecing the real tuscan's life style. Everything's
is going very slow as like to cook your sauces while
you're making the pasta.
The bolonaise or tomato sauce must simmer, so you'll
have the time to sip a good glass of wine and to have a
chat with the other people cooking. Good food and
conviviality, that's life!
